In partnership with BioHubNet, we run three intensive, in-person courses in GMP-simulated lab settings across Canada. They’re built for aspiring and early-career biomanufacturing candidates, with no prior lab experience required. Facility locations are confirmed per cohort. See the course pages below for details.

Aseptic Techniques & Cell Culture Basics
Foundational aseptic processing and mammalian cell culture.
Closed Systems & CAR-T Manufacturing Basics
Closed-system, aseptic CAR-T unit operations.
QC Microbiology for Biomanufacturing
Sterility assurance, environmental monitoring, and release testing.
All three are 3-day, in-person, hands-on intensives in GMP-simulated settings across CATTI’s facilities in Canada. No prior experience required. See each course page above for its confirmed location.
What the training costs: nothing, for eligible individuals.
Eligible candidates complete CATTI’s biomanufacturing courses through BioHubNet’s ENGAGE Training Credits, at no personal cost.
Anyone can register and browse the course catalogue, even before Training Credit eligibility is confirmed.
BioHubNet (Biomanufacturing Hub Network) is housed at the University of Toronto’s Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy and builds an industry-ready workforce for Canada’s biomanufacturing and life sciences sector. Grad students upload an unofficial transcript and enrollment verification form. Postdocs, research associates, and lab technicians upload an employment letter.
3. Receive Credits
Up to 5,000 credits are applied to your account after eligibility approval.
4. Redeem & Enroll
Browse the catalogue, enroll in your CATTI course, and track progress and credit use.
