How long is the process from registration to access of the training material and content?
You get instant access to all the purchased course material through our online platform. There is no downtime and no processing gap in between which means you can start training right away!
How long do we have access to the purchased training material?
Course content and access remains available for a FULL year before expiring. Giving you enough time to revisit the content throughout the year to refresh your memory and skills!
Can I access the course offline or download the content?
If a course has supplementary material, resources, templates, and other documents or files, they can be downloaded and kept offline. However, the course itself cannot be downloaded, or reproduced to be made available offline in any form.
Is your training only offered in English?
Most of our courses are available in French as well. Those that are not, are underway for translation. Reachout to us to request early access!
Are there any training subsidies/grants/funding available as aid?
We are currently working on making subsidies and grants accessible for certain provinces. Reach out for more information on financing options!
